Our exclusive Idaho based ranch is located on the Salmon River nestled in the Frank Church Wilderness area, and is one of the most stunning spots in Idaho’s wilderness. We are generally open from Mid February to November and in some cases we have employment year around or month to month. Mackay Bar Outfitters and Guest Ranch caters to its valued clientele and pursuit repeat business by creating an exceptional, memorable experience for our guests. We’re looking for staff who will lend to our mission and philosophy of excellence. We provide room and board.
