The Mackay Bar Reset is designed for corporate leaders or individuals wanting to reset how they lead, regain energy, clarity, and intention in their lives and leadership. Join us for a four day, three night all-inclusive adventure where we focus on GOOD ENERGY, GOOD FOOD, and GOOD HEALTH. Jet boat adventures, beach and relaxation time, hiking, fishing all the while gaining inset on how to reclaim energy, strengthen mindset, lead with intension, understand how to fuel your body with clean food and household products, and understand the five metabolic mastery tools taught by Dr. Casey Means in her renowned book, GOOD ENERGY.

Learn to build every meal for stable energy using protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
Get food label tips, real-life shopping strategies, and meal ideas that fuel your body and mind.
Choose between a private cabin, room, or our two bedroom Riversuite. All meals are provided by Chef Amy Young. The Mackay Bar jetboat will pick you up at Vinegar Creek Boat Ramp and you will enjoy a 26 mile Salmon River jet boat tour prior to arriving at the Ranch.

Includes jet boat transport to/from Vinegar Creek Boat Ramp to Mackay Bar Ranch. All meals, four nights lodging at Mackay Bar Ranch, and an all day Salmon River Jet boat tour along with all event items.

Amy is a celebrated chef and educator who owned and operated the award-winning Lotus Café in Jackson Hole, WY — a high-end organic restaurant known for its nourishing, inclusive approach to food. Her work has been featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri, and in outlets like The New York Times, Vogue, and Travel + Leisure. Amy has a rare gift: she creates meals that are both deeply nourishing and tailored to all dietary needs — turning food into an experience of healing, connection, and education.
