Jet boat adventures, beach and relaxation time, hiking, fishing all the while gaining inset on how to reclaim energy, strengthen mindset, lead with intension, understand how to fuel your body with clean food and household products, and understand the five metabolic mastery tools taught by Dr. Casey Means in her renowned book, GOOD ENERGY.

Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer & NLP Practitioner, Katie brings over 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Her approach is grounded in doing the fundamentals consistently well — because lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from personal responsibility and daily intention. “We can’t expect the world to do for us what God intended us to do for ourselves.” Katie’s coaching philosophy centers on the idea that when we improve the quality of who we are, we elevate not only our own lives but the lives of those around us.

Pick-up: 2:00 PM at Vinegar Creek Boat Ramp (Day 1)
Drop-off: 12:00 PM at Vinegar Creek Boat Ramp (Day 4)

Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding

  • 2:00 PM: Pick-up by jet boat at Vinegar Creek
  • Scenic ride up the Salmon River to Mackay Bar Ranch
  • Welcome refreshments and room check-in 
  • Opening dinner: Clean, seasonal, energizing meal
  • Campfire kickoff & overview of the 5 Metabolic Health Pillars from Good Energy

Day 2 – Adventure, Connection & Presence

  • Optional sunrise stretch and movement by the river
  • Breakfast: Metabolic balance focus
  • Upriver jet boat tour adventure
    • Stops at iconic Salmon River ranches & historic spots
    • Explore beaches, take photos, and learn river history
  • Picnic-style lunch along the river
  • Dinner + fireside conversation under the stars

Day 3 – Energy, Movement & Detox Reset

  • Breakfast: High-protein, anti-inflammatory focus
  • Optional Salmon River hike to Indian Creek
  • Warren Creek cold plunge 
  • Final gourmet dinner + closing beach bonfire: Detoxing your environment without the overwhelm

Day 4 – Reset & Return

  • Light breakfast + optional short movement session
  • 10:30: Pack-up & say goodbye to the ranch, Jet boat ride back down river.
