Wine & Waves
Day 1:
We will pick you up at Vinegar Creek Boat Ramp – 26 miles East of Riggins, ID at 2 MST. Enjoy a tour of the historical Polly Bemis Ranch before we land at Mackay Bar Ranch. The afternoon will be relaxation in the hammock, on the beach, private hike up the South Fork if you wish. Appetizers served on the riverfront patio and dinner served in our Mackay Bar Lodge (all with wine and beer provided!)
Day 2:
Your own private wilderness beckons you for a hike prior to breakfast and coffee. After Breakfast we will load up the twin engine jet boats and venture upriver, another 15 miles, seeing many historical sites along the way: Buckskin Bills Musuem, Reho Wolfes Homestead, and Campbells Ferry. We will eat lunch (paired with more drinks) on the beach. After hiking, fishing, exploring and swimming in the magnificent Salmon River waters, we will boat back down river to the ranch where appetizers and dinner will be waiting for you!
Day 3:
Coffee overlooking the mighty Salmon River. Breakfast will be served on the riverfront patio or main lodge. We will depart the Ranch for the final jet boat ride (around 10 a.m.) arriving back at Vinegar Creek around noon MST.
