We serve top quality, Fresh Cooked Meals during your stay
- We go the extra lengths to select choice cuts of meat and fresh produce to insure that your food experience is every bit as enjoyable as the premium vacation adventures you’ve booked for your magical stay at Mackay Bar Ranch. All meals are served in our main lodge or on our patio overlooking the river, which offers a relaxing, mountain retreat feel.
We do our very best to accommodate guests and want everyone to feel comfortable and well cared for during their stay. Because of our remote backcountry location and the nature of our kitchen, we are only able to accommodate serious food allergies that require strict avoidance and careful handling to prevent cross-contamination.
For general food sensitivities or dietary preferences, we may not be able to tailor individual meals to the same degree. That said, we serve a wide variety of fresh, thoughtfully prepared dishes throughout each stay—beginning with salads and homemade breads, followed by full-course dinners and desserts—so there are typically plenty of options for guests to enjoy. In many cases, guests with sensitivities (such as gluten) are able to comfortably work around certain items within the meals we provide.
